SHIPPING
INFORMATION
If
for some reason we are unable to fill your order when we receive
it, we will e-mail you. You may choose to keep the title on order
or cancel it. We do not charge your card until we ship the order,
and we will e-mail you when the book (or other item) is ready to
ship.
For orders
going to addresses in the continental United States, we usually
ship Priority Post, unless you e-mail us requesting another
method (2nd Day, Next Day Air, specifically UPS or specifically Post). Regular
shipping charges are $5 for the first book and $2.50 for each additional
item. For oversized books and expedited shipping requests, we charge the
actual cost of shipping and handling.
For International
Addresses we
ship via Priority Mail International (PMI). The standard charge for 1-2 books is $12.50
for Canada & Mexico, and $14.50 for most other countries. Larger orders or books over four pounds will be charged actual cost. We will e-mail
you for acceptance of the cost prior to shipping. (Surface post is no longer available.)

OUR
RETURN POLICIES
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
And we welcome your comments and constructive criticism. If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with your book purchase, please carefully
return the item, along with a copy of your receipt. We will exchange the
book or, if you prefer, issue a refund. We do ask that returns be made
within 30 days. Videos
and DVDs are not returnable, although defective copies may be returned
for replacement.
It is difficult to choose books without flipping through the pages,
and we certainly understand when customers find one that doesn't meet
their needs. However, when a book is returned, it must reach us in the
same prime condition as when it left our store. Otherwise, we reserve
the right to charge a 10% damage fee.
